JRK Digital Media B.V. respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains what we collect on jrkdm.com, why, and what you can do about it.

Contact form

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, the goal you pick and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it (legal basis: steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering questions). The message is stored in our website database, hosted by Microsoft Azure in the EU (West Europe), and forwarded to us by email. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up, and we never sell them.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We only use analytics cookies if you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. Until then nothing from Google Analytics is loaded. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, the site or search engine you came from, device and browser type, approximate location (city level) and whether you sent the contact form. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We do not use advertising cookies, and advertising features are switched off.

The cookies are _ga and _ga_* (up to two years). Your choice itself is saved in your browser (local storage, no cookie). Google may process data in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: Cookie settings.

Other services

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with them. Our hosting provider keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) to keep the site secure and running.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to its use, or ask us to restrict it or hand it over. Email info@jrkdm.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
