These terms apply to your use of jrkdm.com. By using the site you accept them. They do not cover our services to clients: those are always agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement.

2. Information on this site

The content of this site, including our Insights articles, is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice for your situation, and you should not rely on it as such. Articles that discuss research or the views of other experts summarise them in our own words and name their sources; the original sources prevail. Case studies describe real projects; where internal systems are shown, the screens are illustrative and use sample data. We keep the site accurate and up to date as well as we can, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, current or free of errors.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, designs, illustrations, graphics and code on this site belong to JRK Digital Media B.V. or to the parties who licensed them to us. Client and partner names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to refer to work we did for or with them. You may quote short passages with a clear reference and a link to the page. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our prior written permission.

4. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited commercial messages through the contact form. We may block access when the site is misused.

5. Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, including client sites and the products we run ourselves (see Ventures). Products we run have their own terms and privacy policies. For websites of third parties we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Liability

We provide this site free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, JRK Digital Media B.V. is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site, from the temporary unavailability of the site, or from relying on information on it. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; the version on this page at the time of your visit applies.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to another court.
